Instead of opposing both concepts -“Talent versus AI”-, the most strategic thing is to complement them: “talent plus AI”.
“The most simplistic discourse generates fear about the substitution of human labor and the elimination of jobs. But the issue is more complex, it is about labor specialization and the profitability of the source of employment to be competitive in the market and survive”, argued Joaquin Quintas.
